Philosophy
The Club Philosophy will be to secure a competitive player’s long term enjoyment for soccer through player development by qualified coaches. We seek this under a positive, stable and unified Club environment that will provide age appropriate training with equipment that will enhance a player’s learning experience. We are dedicated to maintain a strong regional program with an empowered Board of Directors, Parent Volunteers and regional community participants.

Mission
To help soccer players and teams to reach their full potential on and off the field. We hope to achieve this by focused training of player’s skills, athleticism, tactics, teamwork and sportsmanship. We are also dedicated to providing the best coaching, facilities and opportunities to NWIFC players and their families.
